Summary of the Position: The Behavioral Coach/Specialist of PK-5 students is a new position. The main focus of this role would be to collaborate closely with parents, students, and counselors to promote positive behavior across the Elementary School.
We are looking for a happy, flexible, and energetic professional who is open-minded, passionate about and dedicated to education and learning, enjoys being a contributing member of a collaborative team, is committed to personal excellence, and loves to work with children.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of Bachelors; Masters preferred
- Either a Teacher certification in Special Education; or certified (clinical or school) counselor, or school psychologist, or licensed or certified Behavioral specialist or analyst;
- Experience working with students with mild to severe learning needs and behavioral needs;
- Experience in administering assessments and screeners to evaluate student behavior
- Experience as an overseas educator in an international setting;
- Strong organizational and technology skills;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Outstanding human relations skills, including a positive attitude;
Preference will be given to applicants who in addition to the above requirements have experience as an elementary counselor/psychologist/special needs teacher in an international school setting.

Salary from EUR 1958 gross depending on previous work experience and acquired educational degree, comprehensive medical insurance and accident insurance.
