We are looking for a HelpDesk specialist to join our dynamic team.

  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Knowledge in using diagnostic tools to analyze logs, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues effectively;
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot issues, analyze complex issues, propose solutions identify root causes and work independently or in a team. Ability to think critically and logically to resolve issues efficiently. Emphasize the ability to analyze search results, identify patterns, and make recommendations for improvement; 
  • Communication Skills: A customer orientated to providing excellent support experiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to resolve issues and implement solutions; 
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases;
  • Monitoring internal systems performance, escalating a case of problems to the incident manager; 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the end-to-end functional process; 
  • Capability to prioritize support requests based on urgency, impact, and SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements. Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies, changing business requirements, and new support tools or methodologies.

  • Good written and verbal knowledge of English; 
  • Practical knowledge and experience with quality assurance methodologies; 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Skills;
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in the team; 
  • Interest in solving standard and non-standard problems; 
  • Ability to learn quickly; 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills; 
  • Working in Jira; 
  • Application support experience;
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and upgrade skills through training, self-study, and hands-on experience.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.     
We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position is from 1400 EUR Gross to 1700 EUR Gross per month.
