 What Youll Do:
- Lead the implementation of and migration to a global ERP system;
- Help build out the global finance function at Aerones;
- Work closely with central and functional leadership teams in a wide range of geographies.

What You'll Have:
- Results-oriented professional who can lead cross-functional teams:
- Curious about the intersection of finance and tech;
- Roughly 5 years of experience in professional services or equivalent e.g. accounting, audit, corporate development;
- Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving ability;
- Proficiency in English and Latvian;
