Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert who has extensive knowledge in Employee Central, preferable also other modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management System (LMS), Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will drive the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions to enhance our HR capabilities and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with existing systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors solutions, providing insights and recommendations to optimize HR processes.
- Manage full lifecycle implementations from planning through to go-live and support, ensuring adherence to best practices and client satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Stay updated with new functionalities within SuccessFactors and evaluate potential benefits for the organization.
Requirements:
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is mandatory; certifications in other modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS, Time Tracking, and ECP are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role managing SuccessFactors implementations.
- Proven track record of successful delivery in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Story Reporting or SuccessFactors Analytics is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in a Scandinavian language being an advantage
