Junior IT Business Analyst
Wandoo Finance is hiring a Junior IT Business Analyst to:
- Assist in transforming complex business requirements into functional IT solutions.
- Support the strengthening of our IT department.
About the job: Business requirements in Fintech change frequently. They can get a bit unclear and overwhelming, but thats where you come in! You will assist in transforming these requirements into something tangible and user-friendly. Youll create requirement documents that both IT and business teams can understand and use on their own.
Do you enjoy diving into details and explaining things? Whether it's discussing backend logic with a developer or chatting about high-level concepts with business folks, youll get to do it all and grow your expertise every day.
Curious about writing SQL queries? If you have experience, thats great! If not, youll have the chance to learn here.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements.
- Helping translate business needs into technical tasks and communicating these to the IT development team.
- Contributing to the creation of functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and design specifications.
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to support system and process clarity.
- Participating in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. C
The requirements for the role:
- Some experience or academic background in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is a plus.
