Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine business requirements.
- Translating complex business needs into detailed technical tasks and effectively communicating these to the IT development team.
- Developing comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to ensure system and process clarity.
- Leading the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance system monitoring capabilities, proactively addressing potential issues, and increasing the overall value delivered to customers.
The requirements for the role:
- Extensive experience in IT Business Analysis or IT Project Management
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Proven technical writing skills.
- Strong familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
- Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
