Required skills and experience

  • At least 1 year experience in a B2B or other customer service-facing role;
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields;
  • Very good English language skills oral & written skills;
  • French language skills will be considered as advantage;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • A logical mindset with high level of precision and responsibility;
  • Proficient use and experience with SAP ERP system;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer and material master data management including pre-order handling;
  • Sales order management - to be the first point of contact for allnex customers receiving sales orders;
  • Consignment order management & stock oversight;
  • Customer request management - to ensure all kind of customer request handling being first point of contact next to sales managers;
  • Dispute management - to provide proper handling of customer claims;
  • Internal request management;
  • Collaborate with sales managers, key account directors, and product line managers to implement price changes efficiently and accurately.
