With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and integrate ESG into corporate lending including contribution to development of methodologies for ESG analysis, integration into processes, creating guidance and trainings for frontline
- Hold holistic view on sustainability-related interactions with corporate customers
- Support strategic risk management initiatives including materiality assessment and scenario work
- Contribute to strategies and policies updates
- Provide support to ESG area experts in complex transactions, performing gate-keeping function
- Participate and represent the bank in industry associations
- University degree in the field of sustainability, risk, economics, finance, energy
- Good awareness of EU's Sustainable Finance landscape (EU Green Deal, EBA Guidelines, ECB supervisory expectations, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3, etc)
- Understanding ESG risks (physical and transition risk) or credit risks would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Strong project management experience (at least 3 years) dealing with complex processes and products, wide stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, good presenting skills; proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in English language and of one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
- Self-starting mindset with ability to learn fast
