REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling sales and consistently achieving sales KPIs.
- Research & Lead Generation Skills: Proficient in identifying potential clients across various channels (web, LinkedIn, Instagram, email).
- Sales Expertise: Experience making sales calls via Zoom, sending follow-up emails, and closing leads by signing service agreements.
- Communication: Strong in-person and online communication skills. Excellent command of English.
- Agility: Comfortable working in a highly agile startup environment.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and capable of achieving monthly KPIs.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilizes data to inform decisions and strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead generation, setting up and conducting Zoom appointments, and closing sales by signing agreements.
- Client Research: Identify and research potential clients in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty sectors.
- Client Meetings: Request and conduct Zoom meetings, present DOORS NYC, send follow-up emails, and sign new clients. No cold calling.
- Database Building: Develop, maintain and grow a robust database of international independent fashion brands.

Now, we are looking for a result-oriented, experienced B2B sales person to join DOORS team to grow the business.
