How to become an SEO Bootcamp participant in the scandiweb eCommerce Expert Team?

While no previous work experience is needed, we value your ability to deliver results starting from learning, healthy attitude, and your enthusiasm and openness to embrace new knowledge and processes. Continuous learning and acting on feedback are among our core organizational values.

What is expected from you when joining scandiweb SEO Bootcamp?

No previous work experience is required! We will provide you with the best SEO courses, learning materials, and mentorship programs. After completion of SEO Bootcamp, we will offer a permanent position in the SEO team for the best.

To join our eCommerce expert team, these are the following requirements:

Interest in digital marketing and understanding of how the internet works;
An interest in human psychology and decision-making processes;
You can work independently, do your research, and aren't scared to ask questions when needed;
You are highly organized take notes, document everything;
Humility and wisdom to accept that there will be times you're wrong;
Great written and spoken English skills.

These are not mandatory requirements, but we will consider them as a bonus:

Experience with digital marketing;
Experience and knowledge in statistical data analysis;
Experience in content creation;
Excel skills.

What is the plan for the SEO Bootcamp courses?

Starting September 2nd.
Half-time (working days MON-FRI);
Remote;
For approximately 3 weeks.

What are the responsibilities during the SEO Bootcamp?

Actively participate in the educational program with your mentors and learn the best technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices;
Support account managers with clients daily (keywords research, content guide creation, internal linking improvement, etc.);
Help with technical SEO tasks;
Support backlinks-building initiatives.

Further career growth for SEO Bootcamp finalists

You will get support in career counseling from our HR department as each career path is unique taking into account your personal strengths and ambitions.

Further professional growth and development can lead you to become a mid-level specialist, senior, strategist, or team lead for one and/or multiple teams, heading a particular practice, and ultimately working with top accounts like Puma, The New York Times, or Läderach.
