Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proven experience in sales, business development or affiliate marketing.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Passionate about our mission and values, with a strong understanding of our target market.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with key partners
MS Office.

Identify potential business partners and affiliates that align with our brand values and objectives.
Reach out to potential partners and affiliates through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track and report on partnership and affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
