Join our team! We are looking for an Accountant in Riga HQ office!
What you will do:
- Processing, booking and control of accounting documents
- Bank processing and invoice issuing
- Preparation of statistical and other reports
- Participation in the month-end closing procedures
- Preparation and update of work instructions
- Provision of support and preposition of improvements
- Actively participate in Group wide projects
- Provision of support to chief accountant and other accountants in daily work
What you need to know/have:
- Degree (or current enrolment) in accounting / economics / finance, or completed courses in accounting
- 1+ years experience in accounting
- Good level of written and spoken Latvian and English
- Professional education and work experience in finance or accounting would be an advantage, but not essential
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills, accuracy and ability to organize your work independently
- Structured approach and the ability to achieve goals set within a defined deadline
