This is the job.
- Ensure the Office Management function day-to-day operations;
- Issue equipment to employees and send equipment abroad;
- Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office premises;
- Take care of a welcoming, sustainable and ergonomic work environment in the office;
- Ensure proper and correct documentation flow according to internal policies; Inventory and fixed asset registration;
- Organize corporate events and team meetings;
- Respond to inquiries and complaints;
- Ensure internal communication (incl. information updates and publication on Intranet, and other internal channels; organise meetings etc.);
- Participate in the employer branding activities.
You have:
- Proven experience in office administration and internal communication;
- Higher Education;
- Costumer-oriented personality with a passion for ensuring the best service for the employees, visitors and partners;
- Excellent written and spoken communication and organisational skills;
- Flexible and structured individual with good stress resistance;
- Ability to work independently with great precision and within set deadlines;
- Fluent knowledge of Latvian and English (written and spoken) language;
- PC literacy (MS Office and MS Excel in particular), familiarity with visual programs like Canva is a plus;
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop;
- Willing to go the extra mile.
