 IT Camp partner specializes in providing secure and efficient payment processing services with a focus on Asia. Over the past 6 years, they have maintained stability and growth with a dedicated team of professionals. Due to the growth of the company, we are searching for an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and merchants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chats, and handle the entire integration process
  • Proactively monitor client statuses and activities, monitor conversion rates, and turnovers
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify merchants of updates and prepare pricing proposals
  • Take initiative in operational tasks, analyse market trends, and prepare recommendations to formulate winning proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in the payment industry
  • Experience in client/partner management and operational support
  • Customer service orientation and high level of communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling operational tasks 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and desire to continuously develop in Fintech
  • Proficient in English and Russian languages (written and verbal)
