HR Assistant / Recruiter

(HRM - 70%, Recruiting - 30%)

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field;
Very good Latvian and English language proficiency and communication skills;
Understanding of HR principles and practices;
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics;
Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations will be considered as an advantage;
Willingness to grow, learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions;
Provide information, guidance and direction on HR policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
Assist HR team in identifying department needs, recommending changes, and implementing improvements;
Support in planning and organising team-building activities;
Providing support with office management issues;
Support in the yearly inventory process;
Other duties and projects as assigned.
