We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Process Development & Automation Manager to join our group finance team. As a key decision-maker and functional owner of financial systems, your primary responsibility is to enhance data quality and streamline finance processes. This involves identifying system gaps, gathering requirements, and executing projects to make necessary improvements. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, operational team, accounting team and project managers across all regions; 
  • Automate all financial processes and cycles (AP, AR, TR, R2R, Management reporting); 
  • Drive process improvement and reduce manual operations; 
  • Maintain finance and payroll part in operational systems and ensure proper quality management (Navision, SAP, 1C and other systems); 
  • Develop road map and change management strategy to enable effective deployment of initiatives required by the finance and operational systems; 
  • Partner with Finance teams and heads to modernize processes through digital finance transformation; 
  • Participate in process development and improvement discussions to help determine performance metrics; 
  • Diagnose root cause and recommend end-to-end solutions that use automated workflows and tools and harness the power of process automation to reinvent and accelerate work; 
  • Formulate a communication strategy to keep participants/users informed about the direction of the team's transformation efforts; 
  • Orchestrate the creation of comprehensive playbooks and procedures to ensure clear documentation for operational and control purposes; 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other system owners across the organization, partnering closely on system selection, integrations, and synergies across technologies. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Previous working experience as a Project Management in the last 5 years; 
  • Experience working in an international company; 
  • Very good English language skills; 
  • Strong analytical skills; 
  • Problem-solving competency and orientation to results; 
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle and technologies used in software development; 
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Navision, SAP and Jira.

We don't want to set any limits, as a lot depends on seniority level and prior experience. But if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is 4200 EUR Gross
