This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extending it after the first year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full-cycle recruitment: manage entire recruitment process from job posting to extending an offer to the candidates.
• Recruitment Strategy and Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using various channels such as social media, and job boards.
• Screening, Interviewing, and Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Employer Branding and Talent Attraction: Collaborate with the HR Team to implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent, including employee engagement initiatives.
• Data Management and Technology: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information using ATS system. Utilize analytics tools effectively to track and improve recruitment metrics.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with departments such as product, operations, development, and administration. Establish feedback mechanisms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the IT-industry.
• Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
