Strategic Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns. Lead these initiatives with a keen focus on aligning with business objectives, while proactively identifying and seizing new opportunities 🎯
Content Leadership & Innovation: Champion the creation of engaging, personalized content for CRM campaigns that aligns with our brand voice and enhances customer connections
Insight-Driven Growth: Take the lead in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance. Offer thoughtful insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI and elevate our overall impact 📊
Pioneering CRM Excellence: Stay at the cutting edge of CRM marketing trends and tools, proactively introducing innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement 💡

Preferred Background:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 🎓
Experience: Several years in CRM campaign management with a focus on improving CLV and driving revenue growth 📈
Expertise: Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys 🛠
Creative Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus 🎨
Communication & Analysis: Excellent analytical skills and marketing copywriting with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage 💬
