Your Day to Day responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of customer service professionals and team leads, ensuring the delivery of world-class support.
- Customer Satisfaction Strategy: Develop and implement strategies and tools to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with external partners and internal teams to uphold high standards and drive continuous product and service improvements.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze customer service performance metrics and utilize insights to optimize processes, improve team efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including ChatBots and AI, to introduce innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience and internal operations.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of long-term plans that align customer support with overall business objectives, driving both customer satisfaction and company growth.
