Description

We are Caballero a digital development agency specializing in a wide range of services, including web development, custom and complex projects, startups, government solutions, e-commerce platforms, outsourcing development services, UX research, and more. Our clients range from small businesses to large-scale enterprises. We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Professional to help us expand our operations across different markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and Manage Pipeline: Proactively expand your sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, while efficiently nurturing inbound leads to ensure a steady stream of high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and generate new leads that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage prospects through the entire sales processfrom cold outreach and sales meetings to defining requirements, scoping, and closing deals.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Consultation and Client Success: Provide expert advice to clients on maximizing the value of our services, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM and other sales tools to streamline the process, track activities, and drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in web development, digital services, or SaaS.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, manage full sales cycles, and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in consultative selling, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales technologies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Compensation:
