Qualifications
- Analytical skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in real queue management
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a call centre environment
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Must have good knowledge of Avaya CMS
- Ability to think strategically and work within business opportunities and growth
- Must be willing to work in a 24*7 environment
- Ability to handle pressure and a natural goal achiever
- Knowledge of scheduling, understanding of planning fundamentals
Kvalifikācija

- Vismaz 1 gada pieredze reālā laika pārvaldībā
- Jābūt vismaz 2 gadu pieredzei zvanu centra vidē.
- Labas MS Excel un citu MS Office lietojumprogrammu zināšanas.
- Jābūt labām zināšanām par Avaya CMS
- Spēja domāt stratēģiski un strādāt, ņemot vērā biznesa iespējas un izaugsmi.
- Jābūt gatavam strādāt 24 stundas diennaktī 7 dienas nedēļā.
