Vacancy: HR Business Partner

You will be responsible for managing employees in both the Remote and Tele2Life systems. Ensuring that the information is up to date and moderating necessary changes and additions to employee profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manager support: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, providing assistance and guidance on HR-related tasks. Address daily inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.
- System Administration: Oversee all aspects of our personnel platform, including onboarding, terminations, platform management, communication with platform administrators, and resolving any issues or requests related to the platform.
- Performance, Talent, and Well-being Programs: Develop, implement, and manage initiatives to improve employee performance, talent development, and well-being. Organize team-building events and manage gift programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Market Salary Analysis: Monitor and analyze salary trends and job codes to ensure our compensation structure remains competitive. Provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
- Recruitment and Retention: Lead ongoing recruitment efforts to identify top talent and implement retention strategies that ensure high employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Learning and Development: Drive the learning and development agenda by identifying training needs, organizing programs, and supporting employees in their professional growth.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the division, ensuring information is shared clearly and promptly across all levels.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
- Proven experience in HR;
- Relevant higher education;
- Familiarity with self-service portals for staff;
- Knowledge of market salary analysis and job coding;
- Experience in recruitment, retention strategies, and performance management;
- Understanding of work safety regulations and practices;
- Passion for learning and development initiatives;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
