IT TEAM
The IT team consists of 80+ professionals across 8 different teams, working with 10+ products. They are cross-functional, self-sufficient, and highly autonomous teams led by supporting and inspirational leaders. Our stable processes will allow you to focus on your tasks and receive as much support as you need.
JOB MISSION
Own product pipeline, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate all scrum/agile ceremonies, have an understanding of the product on a behalf of deep analytical and strategic skills. Be a leader in maximizing the value of our products.
AS A PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile/Scrum development team and stakeholders
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Build product ownership artifacts to maximize visibility across the board
- Define and shape the requirements based on business needs and technical possibilities on our side
- Write and maintain internal documentation
- Ensure frequent delivery and that the backlog is in place, escalate all possible risks and issues
- Manage the backlog and delivery priorities
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business administration, or other relevant disciplines
- 2+ years previous working experience as a Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic thinking skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language skills, Russian language would be as an advantage
- Excellent ability to visualize product specifications and attention to details
- Desire to understand the business and end consumer needs, evaluating product progress and possible improvement of it
