Ecommpay is on a mission to build a global, data-driven payment ecosystem. We help top e-commerce companies to grow globally with local bespoke solutions. You have a unique chance to be the driving force behind Ecommpay's payment platform as a Business Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily merchant support by promptly responding to their enquiries
- Take on service merchants after digital onboarding process
- Maintain merchants contact and document database and make request/update once any discrepancy is detected
- Analyse merchants transaction flow and provide recommendations on improving the operational capacity of merchants turnover
- Make upsales to merchants, based on their business specification
Requirements
- Degree or student in Business Administration, Economics or IT
- Previous experience in client support/financial/fintech industry would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Russian, as well as good knowledge of Latvian
- High communication and problem-solving skills
- Good stress-resistance and ability to meet set deadlines
- Willing to learn and develop in dynamic environment
