We believe you fulfil some, but not necessarily all, of these requirements:
- A technical and analytical mindset and work approach.
- Experience with market research and consumer panels.
- Experience with administering customer- or membership bases.
- Experience in using relevant software systems or programs, for example Excel, SPSS, database platforms, database management systems or CRMs.
- Completed higher education, preferably in a subject area relevant to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reviews of panelist data based on automated quality categorization and classification.
- Perform regular data checks and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the rest of the consumer panel team to implement corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
- Contribute in developing our automated quality control tools.
- Generate quality reports and metrics to monitor the performance and reliability of our consumer panels.
- Contribute in strategic quality improvement projects and initiatives.
