Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural, or manufacturing environment.
  • Cross-functional and agile environment experience is highly valued.
  • Prior experience in an IT organization is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Eager to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to IT in contract management, purchase processing, and expenditure monitoring, based on current needs.
  • Create PR/PO while ensuring consistent data accuracy.
  • Oversee allnex IT timesheet processing, ensuring timely approval of contractor timesheets.
  • Manage PO administration, ensuring timely goods receipt (GR) based on approved timesheets, invoices, etc.
  • Assist with all administrative tasks related to IT contracts, such as vendor extensions, contract renewals, and contractor expenditure tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT, coordinating with GBS, Procurement, Finance, and other departments (e.g., Accounts Payable, Procurement).
  • Prepare regular IT budget and expenditure reports (SG&A) and conduct investigations into spending.
  • Perform routine data quality checks in the application CMBD and notify data owners of any issues.
  • Propose and implement process improvements within your area of expertise.
