About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing & customer activation plans for the portfolio of Haleon brands in Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia (Sensodyne, Parodontax, Corega, Otrivin,Voltaren,Theraflu etc). The successful candidate will work closely with local and regional functions to contribute to the integrated communication and commercial plans for the brands, driving growth and market penetration.
Role Responsibilities
- Adapt global/regional marketing assets and packaging materials to the needs of the local market in accordance with regional/global guidelines, adjusted as per the relevant local law.
- Coordinate POSM process and communicate closely with sales team to provide sufficient stock of POSM and accurate planning
- Participate and lead BTL and Customer activities together with Marketing/Customer team
- Monitor market and competition performance, analyse deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Legal, medical department and regulatory on brand assets and other aspects required by pharmaceutical law.
- Coordinate the brand's promotional budget to deliver the brand's annual performance objectives.
- Cooperate with internal and external clients such as creative/production agencies, sales team
- Will interact daily with other departments (commercial marketing, drug registration, etc.) to align and implement an integrated brand activation plan.
Why you?
- 2+ years in Customer/Trade marketing/Marketing in the leading FMCG or Customer Healthcare companies.
- Experience in coordinating trade/marketing execution.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a complex environment.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and interact effectively within the organisation.
- Strong collaboration skills; motivating within a multi-country marketing team and moderating conflicts cross-functional and cross-country.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of English language is requested for contacts with international structure of the company.
- Preferred: Positive and can-do attitude, high organizational skills, problem solver, open for challenges.
