(HRM - 70%, Recruiting - 30%)
Salary: From EUR 900 (Net) to 1200 (Net) ---> From EUR 1311.95 (Gross) to EUR 1749.27 (Gross).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field;
- Latvian, English and Russian language proficiency and communication skills;
- Understanding of HR principles and practices;
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics;
- Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations will be considered as an advantage;
- Willingness to grow, learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions;
- Provide information, guidance and direction on HR policies, programs,
- and processes to employees and managers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
- Assist HR team in identifying department needs, recommending changes,
- and implementing improvements;
- Support in planning and organising team-building activities;
- Providing support with office management issues;
- Support in the yearly inventory process;
- We'd like to point out that other duties and projects are assigned.
