Who are you!
We imagine that you have background in one or more of the following areas: logistics, supply chain security, information systems.
Requirements for the candidates
- College graduate with diploma in Information systems and / or logistics.
- Experience in logistic information systems or logistic / supply chain / transport services.
- Military background will be considered an advantage, especially military supply and movement
- High level of organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability and readiness to learn on the job.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Database management
- Proficiency in English as the primary working language at the HQ is English.
Main Tasks
- Monitoring and adjusting the accuracy of Logistics Functional Area Services (LOGFAS) data related to our organization, equipment movements and supplies.
- Building and maintaining databases in LOGFAS.
- Contributing to the known logistic pictures as part of the logistic team in the organization.
- Preparing formal logistic reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Administration of SharePoint site and other daily administration tasks

Headquarters (HQ) Multinational Division North (HQ MND N) was founded in March 2019 as part of NATOs deterrence and collective defence plan of the Baltic region. HQ MND N is located in Adazi Military Base. In peacetime the HQ have operational control of the international forces in the region and prepares for taking command of divisional forces in case of crisis or war. The HQ also supports the national defence forces in the region with their operational planning and training. The HQ is a part of NATO Force Structure.
