Position Overview
As our Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in both technical leadership and hands-on development, ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions while guiding and growing our development team. This role requires expertise in both traditional web development and hardware-software integration. As we're building an international team from the ground up, you'll have the opportunity to shape our technical culture and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development
- Take a hands-on development role while building and leading the team
- Actively write code and contribute to core product development
- Lead and mentor a growing international team of developers
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable solutions across our entire technology stack
- Design and implement hardware-software integration strategies
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and development processes
- Collaborate with product management to define technical strategy and roadmap
- Drive technical decision-making while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Development Focus
- Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack solutions
- Lead the development of our core platform features and APIs
- Develop and maintain firmware and hardware interfacing code
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and implementation of best practices
- Optimize application performance and maintain system reliability
- Implement secure coding practices and maintain data privacy standards
- Oversee hardware-software integration and communication protocols
