We are seeking for an experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team and drive our quality assurance processes to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of Test engineers, ensuring the best practices are used and are in place, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet our stakeholders' needs. Responsibilities:
- Review and understand the requirements.
- Based on the requirements, develop detailed test cases and identify automation scope.
- Lead a QA team of 3 people to achieve the success of the product quality.
- Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process.
- Work with the development team to resolve issues and report defects.
- Collaborate with Engineering manager and product owner to improve the QA around the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure throughout quality of the end-to-end functional process.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- 3+ years of experience in test automation.
- Experience in automation using Java Selenium or Cypress.
- Solid knowledge of any OOP language.
- Experience in REST assured API automation.
- Determine the test's objective, what to test, and who will perform the test.
- Practical knowledge and experience with quality assurance methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Good written and verbal knowledge of English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
What will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience working with GitLab CI/CD or similar.
- Experience working with Dockers and Kubernetes.
- Experience in performance testing.

We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary is up to 4500 EUR gross.
