We have an open Payments & Banking Client Services Assistant role in Riga to nurture long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. This role plays a crucial role in our business by safeguarding our revenue and retaining our clients. Join our expanding teams in the role of Payments & Banking Client Services Assistant in our Riga office.
What You'll Do
This exciting role is responsible for establishing and maintaining mutually successful client relations and is the key contributor to controlling, supporting and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted client operations. The post holder will act as a first line of defence with respect to AML, FinCrime and sanction risk- and compliance-related issues. Main responsibilities included:
- Monitor, facilitate and troubleshoot client operations, track related metrics
- Act as point of contact for requests and complaints
- Building trusted relationships with clients and dealing with incidents related to client operations.
- Support sale and upsell of solutions and services
- Monitor interaction between clients and tech support. Facilitate and troubleshoot, if necessary.
- Log, resolve and escalate issues as appropriate
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Collaborate with other Clear Junction department teams to address customers needs and assure adherence to rules and guidelines
