Our team is constantly growing, and we're looking for new talents to collaborate with.Currently, we are seeking an ambitious HR People Partner to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role;
- Strong knowledge of Latvian labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in managing personnel documentation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills in both Latvian and English. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR Director with daily operational tasks;
- Overseeing and managing onboarding and off boarding processes;
- Overseeing and managing employees retention processes;
- Coordinating employee training and development programs;
- Proposing improvements and innovations for internal HR initiatives;
- Developing and enhancing internal HR policies;
- Supporting Recruitment processes if needed;
- Fulfilling any other HR related responsibilities given by the HR Director.
