Service Delivery Manager

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on SLA and OLA, including security requirements.
- Ensure compliance with governance principles
- Manage the complete lifecycle of specific services, including application knowledge and technical need analysis.
- Establish operating agreements, processes and service levels with Business.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting for defined services, as well as pre-sale activities (RFI/RFP).
- Analyze demand, specify requirements, and cost deployment
- Establish operating agreements and service levels in collaboration with business units.
- Manage the interface to internal customers on operational level
- Control production services costs using the enterprise service costing mode
Who Are We Looking For

- Graduate degree in informatics or in a comparable discipline or comparable proficiency
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences
- Customer focus, good planning and organizing skills
- Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns, based on an operational interconnection.
- Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English and Latvian is mandatory
- Proficiency in Finnish or an other language is seen as a plus
- Good and widespread technical background (Network, System Engineer, Database Administrator) is an asset
- Knowledge about payment services is an asset.
- Stress resistant and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities
- Ability to travel frequently
- Knowledge in standards related to IT (ie. PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISAE 3402 )
