Your Role:
As a Product Owner, you'll be crucial in driving our product strategy and ensuring customer success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining product vision: Aligning product goals with company objectives and market trends
- Conducting market research: Identifying customer needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities
- Prioritizing features: Balancing customer demands with business goals and technical feasibility
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Measuring and analyzing product performance: Using data to inform decision-making and optimize product features
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for innovation
- Proficiency in English and Latvian
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bonus Points:
- Experience with fleet management or the transportation industry
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and user research
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
