Position Summary

Join Our Team as a Swedish Speaking Junior HR Data Administration Specialist!

Your Responsibilities

Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information and travel & expense reports)
Registration of new hires, terminations, employment changes in employment register
Maintenance of organizational structure
Absence and attendance registration and handling
Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries)
Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Your Experience and Skills

Fluency in Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus
Strong command of English
Experience in customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for communication, paired with a customer-centric mindset
Attention to detail and precision in handling data
Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude
A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory):

Prior experience in data management or accounting
Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems

Your educational background is not a concern, as long as you have the skills or the enthusiasm to learn!
