We want you to:

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business processes and strategies
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
Implement data integration solutions to consolidate data across systems
Enforce data governance policies and ensure data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
Work with stakeholders to ensure data architecture supports business goals and technical needs
Represent the company at industry events, sharing insights on data architecture trends and best practices
Drive adoption of emerging technologies and evaluate new tools to improve data management

This job might be for you if you have:

8+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and management
Proficient in MS Azure
Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a data team
Industry knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) to identify client needs and provide solutions
Ability to align data architecture with business goals
Experience developing data strategies and roadmaps
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Innovative mindset to explore new technologies and methodologies
Good English (verbal and written)

As advantage:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
