What will you be doing?
The Marketing Specialist at the Voodoo Casino will play a pivotal role in driving guest acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing Voodoo Casino's visibility and reputation as a premier entertainment destination. To achieve these goals, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Table Casino Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Lead to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. The gross monthly salary for this position ranges from €2,100 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support casino operations, including promotions, sports-related events, and loyalty programs, ensuring the ability to organize a wide range of activities tailored to diverse customer interests.
- Implement targeted campaigns to attract and retain customers, ensuring campaigns align with the casinos branding and messaging.
- Track and measure campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Organize and promote casino events, and entertainment programs to enhance customer experience, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event evaluations.
- Manage Voodoo Casinos social media platforms and online presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, ensuring content creation aligns with the agreed marketing plansand reflects the casinos brand identity.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with gaming regulations and brand guidelines.
