Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience with Odoo or any ERP system is highly advantageous
Technical Skills
- Understanding of Odoo functionalities (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Job description
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Planning
- Organize and schedule project tasks, team meetings, and client calls
- Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Functional Testing
- Test newly developed or customized Odoo features to ensure they meet functional requirements
- Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, or improvement areas
Documentation & Training
- Draft clear and concise user manuals and training materials for Odoo modules and features
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users
Accounting Assistance
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks within Odoo, including invoice encoding and bank reconciliation
Client Communication
- Act as a point of contact for selected client communications, gathering requirements and providing progress updates
- Build and maintain positive relationships by promptly addressing client inquiries
