- Project Management & Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring designs meet physical, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
- Fluent English: Strong communication skills in English, as all clients are international.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop induction motors using FEM-based simulation tools.
- Create, update, and maintain CAD designs for motor components.
- Validate and optimize designs through simulation and iterative improvements.
- Ensure designs meet physical, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
- Analyze simulation results and apply data-driven decision-making to improve motor performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with industry standards and technological advancements.
