We're looking for someone who thrives on tackling operational challenges and has a knack for automation. This role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact by ensuring smooth crypto transaction workflows while developing Python scripts to optimize operations.

What You Will Do

Develop Python scripts to automate & streamline crypto transaction workflows
Work hand-in-hand with engineers and operations teams to optimize existing solutions
Ensure funds are available across platforms for trading by checking balances and manually moving funds where needed.
Oversee the entire trade process, including handling deposits, completing settlements, and tracking trades to ensure everything runs as planned
Support preparation of financial data by reconciling exchange balances with internal systems and contributing to accurate financial reports
Analyze data and gather insights to support decision-making processes
Participate in other day-to-day crypto transaction operations

What We Expect

Must-Have

Strong knowledge of Python programming
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or personal projects count!)
Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work independently & take ownership of project

Extra Points For

Experience with automation tools and scripting
Familiarity with DevOps practices and operational workflows
Knowledge of accounting and/ or financial statements
Hands-on experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
Interest in data research, big data, or data science
Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment automation
Track record of coding competitions or hackathons
