JOB MISSION
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI. Work closely with teams to align strategies with business goals and ensure continuous campaign improvement.
OUTCOMES
- Launch and optimize various Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a PPC specialist (at least 2 year experience)
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platform
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
- Strong command of Latvian and English language, both written and spoken
