About your key responsibilities and impact:

Communicating the user experience through all stages of the design process by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, presentations, and detailed design specifications;
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Product Designers, and other business partners to arrive at the best possible solutions;
Searching and finding out the customer's pains and gains.

Lietotāja pieredzes komunikācija visos dizaina procesa posmos, izveidojot vadu shēmas, lietotāju plūsmas, prototipus, prezentācijas un detalizētas dizaina specifikācijas;
Sadarbība ar inženieriju, produktu vadību, produktu dizaineriem un citiem biznesa partneriem, lai sasniegtu labākos risinājumus;
Klienta sāpju un ieguvumu meklēšana un izpēte.

Essential professional experience:

Proven experience as UI/UX designer for 3+ years;
Proficient in Figma;
Experienced designing and shipping an end-to-end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases;
Ability to provide design variations;
Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations for your design choices;
A keen eye for visual UI details;
Love to discuss design in group settings; participate in design critiques and reviews;
Intermediate+ English level;
Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.

Vidējs+ angļu valodas līmenis;
Teicama ukraiņu vai krievu valoda.
