Experience with LLMs or AI frameworks is a plusbut above all, were looking for a seasoned backend developer who brings engineering maturity and thrives in a fast-moving product environment.

• Build backend services and agent tools in Python with speed and precision

• Collaborate tightly with AI and frontend engineers to deliver working solutions fast

• Help define MVPs, make smart trade-offs, and ship iterative improvements

• Design APIs and automation logic for tools that run across systems and environments

• Own the delivery of features from concept to deploy to feedback.

• 5+ years of experience building backend applications in Python

• Proven expertise in delivering production-ready software at scale

• Deep knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalability patterns

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong understanding of API design, versioning, and integration practices

• Experience working with identity/auth systems (e.g., OpenID, Azure AD)

• Clear communication, ownership mindset, and experience working cross-functionally

• Familiarity with building or deploying AI-powered agents, chatbots, or automation tools.

• Interest in the evolving landscape of AI tools and how they can be applied in real-world scenarios.
