About the position


Are you a highly skilled and experienced business leader within sales industry?
Are you willing to relocate to South Asia?
We are looking for an Executive Sales Director, and this may be an amazing opportunity for you.

Goal: Lead the Company's set up and establishment in new markets (South Asia), lead our sales efforts across the region, drive business growth, build strong relationships and expand sales operations.

Main responsibilities:
1) Lead the set up and management of Company entity/ies in South Asia or other markets, dependent on Company's strategy.

2) Lead, manage and oversee business performance in countries across South Asia or other markets, dependent on Company's strategy:
·      Set up and implement the business and sales operations plan based on the Company's goals.
·      Set up and implement the business development strategy.
·      Data-based analysis of the market, client needs and competitors.
·      Ensure business/sales targets are achieved.

3) Financial planning and management:
·      Set up and implement a budget based on targets, data and the Company's overall goals.
·      Establish contacts and build relationships with relevant authorities.
·      Research and acquisition of potential investments, subsidies and support programs.

4) Team management:
·      Work with Recruitment Specialist and local recruitment agencies to establish a local team of loyal professionals.
·      Effectively manage the team.
·      Collaborate with HQ and other regions to ensure alignment and unity.

Competencies:


·      Fluency in English and Latvian. 
·      A willingness to relocate to South Asia. 
·      At least 5 years of sales executive/director experience.
·      A proactive, confident, and independent professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings. 
·      Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and unforeseen challenges.
