We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Multipass team within Dyninno Group fintech division. 
 
Multipass is an innovative bank challenger offering financial solutions for businesses engaged in cross-border activities. We provide multi-currency business accounts with real-time FX services for fast, easy international transactions. With dedicated support and strong fraud prevention, we ensure secure and efficient financial management. Our offerings include local accounts in the UK, US, and EU, plus a single multi-currency IBAN supporting 30+ global currencies ideal for businesses with global ambitions. 
 
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and execution across multiple markets, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition. This role demands a highly proactive, results-driven leader who excels at building and leading a high-performing sales team, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and implementing scalable outbound sales strategies. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute a high-impact outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth. 
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless handovers to account managers post-acquisition. 
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies, optimizing conversion rates and pipeline performance. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize long-term business opportunities 
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales planning. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a best-in-class sales team, fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture. 
  • Set and monitor aggressive sales targets, ensuring accountability and measurable success. 
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance and Product teams to ensure sales strategies align with regulatory requirements and product capabilities, driving seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. 
  • Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. 
  • Drive sales automation and CRM optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure a competitive edge. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B sales leadership role, ideally in fintech, banking or a fast-growing tech industry. 
  • Sales Executive experience, including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales performance and forecasting. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive approach thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments. 
  • Strong understanding of market expansion strategies and business development. 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales function with a growth-driven mindset.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects. 
 
We don't want to set limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the budget for this position is 5,000 EUR gross per month depending on the applicant's professional experience in the relevant field, additionally, you would be eligible for the bonus payments based on performance and KPI results.
