You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Providing Excellent Customer Care
- Handling a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Assisting the sales team
- Answering customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing documentation for public tenders
- Managing the invoicing process
- Overseeing the debtors process
Required for this position:
- Minimum 2+ years of customer care experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
- Experience in preparing documents for public tenders would be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work both in a team and independently
- An accurate, open-minded, and responsible personality

Salary range for this position group
is 1606 to 2410 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
