Sportway is a Swedish company specializing in AI-powered sports streaming and media rights management. We stream sports from several countries, including Sweden, Finland, France, Latvia, Estonia, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Czechia, Norway, Belgium, USA, and Canada. Our services include streaming platforms like Svensk Hockey TV, Leijonat TV, Magnus TV, Latvijas Hokejs TV, FISG TV, FinCheer TV, VolleyTV and Czech Ice Hockey TV.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be part of our Riga-based team, learning to install and maintain our camera systems at sports venues. Your responsibilities will also include managing sports broadcasts and providing email-based customer support as part of the Support Team. You'll work closely with sports federations, clubs, venue operators, and Sportway offices across different countries. To succeed in this role, you'll need a willingness to learn about our systems and an ability to think technically. Hands-on skills and the ability to use tools are needed for this role. Flexibility is key, as you'll work evening and weekend monitoring shifts during sports events. Most installation and maintenance tasks will take place abroad, so the role calls for a sense of adventure. A valid drivers license is also required.
