Size of Team in Riga: 190 developers.
The Product/ Team: We at Team My Solution Designer (MSD) are responsible for the customer solution - design platform. The MSD supports the sales process in the design to proposal and negotiate to the closing phase. It allows a solution designer/partner to design a solution, creating artefacts like price information, offer, contract and provides the data to the fulfillment systems for contract content onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Work with HP Service Director;
- Develop, optimise and operate our cloud native sales application MSD further;
- Use your experience in Java, SpringBoot and the usage of microservices architecture;
- Deploy and run your software with our CI/CD pipeline;
- Work in an international and geographically distributed team with cultural diversity and interact with other DevOps engineers, product owners and business engineers;
- Ensure that requirements are implemented in a sustainable, entrepreneurial manner, and according to best practices;
- Enjoy working in our multidisciplinary DevOps team in a SAFe context;
- Deploy and manage Airbyte in AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Between 3 to 7 years of software development experience in Java, SpringBoot and technologies linked with cloud native software systems;
- Know-how with CI/CD pipeline automation tools;
- Experience of working with REST API;
- Experience of Layered application architecture and Microservices;
- Understanding of cloud services, especially Docker and Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of Data-Driven, Event-Driven and Test-Driven development models;
- Readiness of being a lead-engineer for Dev and Ops duties;
- Know-how in Kafka, HP Service Director, AWS & Azure Cloud (would be considered as an advantage);
- Results-driven collaborator and open communicator, happy to share knowledge and learn from others. Enthusiastic and flexible self-starter;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and pronounced Agile mindset;
- Very good English (both written and spoken);
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience in software development or infrastructure is a plus.

- Salary from 3500 to 6500 EUR gross (depending on experience);
