Unimars Catering Services, a distinguished arm of the Unimars Group with a rich 30-year legacy in providing goods supply for ships globally, is seeking for Operational Manager to join our team.
About the Position:
As a Catering Operational Manager, you together with your teammates will play a pivotal role in optimizing goods supply solutions for our esteemed clientele vessels, shipmanagers and shipowners. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, communicating with customers via email and phone calls, managing stocks and navigating diverse scenarios in daily operations.
Your Daily Duties:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze data and determine optimal goods supply solutions for our valued customers.
- Proactively engage with customers through effective email and phone communication to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve various challenges that may arise in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination in delivering top-notch services to our clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make informed recommendations.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss sales goals, progress, and strategies for improvement.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.
We Expect:
- Proven ability to assess and evaluate a significant volume of information with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating MS Excel and preferably the 1C program, showcasing advanced analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Russian languages, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience working with sales data and analytics is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and integrity in all interactions.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance sales strategies and processes.
